About Echo
Our founding director, Chris Jones is a chartered surveyor with over 20 years experience in cost management having worked for some of the largest professional cost consultancy practices in the UK.
Chris has delivered projects across the commercial, residential hotels, and industrial sectors amongst others, for a range of clients from private individuals to large, blue chip organisations, with projects delivered throughout the UK and Europe.
One of our key strengths is our ability to forge strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors, making the project journey an enjoyable experience that ultimately leads to successful delivery.

Our Team
George is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in commercial office occupier fit-outs and landlord development projects. He also has significant experience delivering high-quality residential, hotel, retail, and F&B projects.
He leads both the pre and post contract stages of projects, with particular strengths in cost planning, estimating, procurement and tendering. George is also highly experienced in construction-stage cost management and Employer's Agent services.
Having worked together for over a decade, Chris and George operate as a seamless team, providing clients with trusted, commercially focused advice and a consistently high-quality service.
